The 4 bedroom, 3 bath 2300 sq. ft. home, with a brand new 500 square foot master suite, and parking for 5 cars offers you everything you would need for up to 11 adults to have a wonderful stay in the Santa Cruz area.
Enjoy the many ocean views in this open and spacious 3 level home. Have dinner on the large deck or a private time in the fully landscaped back yard with fountain and hot tub. Our game room is equipped with a ping pong table and is a popular place for the kids.
It’s a short block to 21st Avenue Beach, one of several nearby beaches great for surfing, boogie boarding, swimming, or just relaxing in the sun. Our central location makes it just a short drive or bike ride to the Santa Cruz Harbor, the Boardwalk, or to Capitola Village.
